Super Green Powered Chia Pudding (Mango) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water (or filtered water)
  • 1/2 cup filtered water (or more coconut water, if you have it)
  • 1 cup coconut meat
  • 3 cups kale, dandelion or mixed greens
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 tsp lucuma
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seed
  • 1/2 cup *Irish moss paste (Optional: replace with more chia)
  • 1 Tbsp tahini
  • 2 Tbsp yacon syrup
  • 2 tsp coconut butter
  • 4 drops vanilla extract (by Medicine Flower or pinch of vanilla bean powder)
  • 3 drops mango extract (by Medicine Flower -or your favorite extract)
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp spirulina (optional - for you tough cookies out there!)
  • 1/4 cup ground chia seeds
  • Rinse. Chop 1 cup of moss in small pieces. (Place any extra soaked moss back into fresh water and refrigerate for up to ten days)
