I prefer baby back ribs to loin back ribs. They are fall-off-the-bone delicious. You can adjust the ingredients to your taste.

- Rub ribs with dry rub or seasoned salt.
- Wrap in foil.
- Place in roasting pan.
- Bake on low heat, 250 F for 4 hours.
- Remove and uncover ribs. Drain. Cover with BBQ sauce. Return to oven for 30 minutes.
- Ribs will be fall-off-the-bone delicious!
