Ingredients

  • 1 tsp of coriander
  • 1 tsp of cumin
  • 4 cloves
  • 6 fresh or frozen curry leaves
  • Stir fry all of this for about 2 minutes then it's coconut milk time!
  • Pour in:
  • 1 and 2/3 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
