  • Garlic cloves - 2, minced
  • Red chili flakes - a pinch
  • Dried Oregano - a pinch
  • Kalamata Olives - 3tbsp, pitted and chopped
  • Capers - 1tbsp, drained, rinsed and minced
  • Fresh Parsley - 3tbsp, finely chopped
