Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 c. Water
  • 1 pkt Jell-O Sugar Free Any Red Jello, (I Used Sugar Free)
  • 1 c. Fresh Blueberries *Note
  • 1 c. Cherries Fresh, Sliced, Pit
  • 1 c. Fresh Peaches Sliced
  • 1 x Keebler Chocolate Pie Crust **Note
  • 2 c. Cold Whip Lite Optional

Directions

  1. *NOTE: the berries used in the original recipe were blueberries, raspberries and sliced strawberries.
  2. **NOTE: Reduced Fat Ready Crust Graham Cracker 6 ounce - I used the Keebler Reduce Fat chocolate crust 6 ounce.
  3. Mix sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Gradually stir in water untilsmooth. Stirring constantly, cook on medium het till mix comes to boil; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in gelatin till completely dissolved. Cold to room temperature.
  5. Stirin berries. Pour into crust.
  6. Chill 3 hrs or possibly till hard. Garnish with whipped topping
  7. (optional).
  8. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
  9. This is INCREDIBLE!!
