Ingredients

  • 1/2 x cu up shortening
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar substitute
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 1/2 c. Cake flour
  • 1/2 tsp Sp salt
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 x cu up skim lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions

  1. 1 Cream shortening, add in sugar replacement and egg; beat well. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients, add in the lowfat milk, vanilla, and water. Put in flour mix and stir well.
  2. 2 Refrigeratedough 2 to 4 hrs.
  3. 3 Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  4. 4 Roll out 1/8 inch thick and cut the cookies. Bake for 8 to 10 mins. Cold.
  5. Keep in air tight container.
  6. Makes 4 dozen
