Ingredients

  • 1 x Apple, Cored then sliced
  • 1 x Lemon, Cut in half then thin sliced
  • 1 x Plum, Pitted then sliced
  • 1 bn Fresh Baby Dill, minced

Directions

  1. Either buy two matching halves of fresh salmon or possibly buy a section of salmon than includes a portion of the body cavity available for stuffing. Rinse fish under running cool water and pat dry. De-bone but leave skin on. Place sliced ingredients inside, or possibly between portions of, fish, sprinkle minced baby dill over and tie closed with a cotton string or possibly butchers twine.
  2. Barbecue on each side about 5 min/per. turn over four times or possibly till fish is obviously done. Follow same directions for broil bake in oven.
  3. Serve with Yogurt/caper sauce.
