Directions

  1. Cut peppers in half lengthwise; remove seeds, stems and membrane. Stuff each half with about 2 tsp. cream cheese. Wrap with bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place on broiler rack which has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min or possibly till bacon is crisp. Remove toothpicks and serve immediately.
