  • 4 medium-sized green peppers
  • 4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons sweet peas
  • 6 tbsps cooking oil
  • 3/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely grated ginger
  • 1 large onion finely chopped
  • 1 green chilli finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp raw mango powder
  • about a spoon of butter each capsicum
  • Salt to taste
