- For the filling:

- A handful of raisins, pre-soaked in rum
- A handful of pinoli (pine nuts), or slivered almonds
- 1-2 Tbs cinnamon
- 75g (2-1/2 oz) breadcrumbs
- A good nob of butter
- For baking and finishing:
- More flour
- Melted butter
- Powdered sugar
