- 7 whole graham crackers, crushed (about 1 cup of fine crumbs)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- For the Filling:
- 16 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- ⅔ cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, at room temperature
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons seedless strawberry jam
