  • 8 cups (about 3lbs) rhubarb, diced
  • 8 cups (about 3lbs) strawberries, whole with stem removed
  • 6 cups sugar, divided
  • 2 juice of a lemon
  • 3 apples, cored and cut into 8 sections with skin on
  • Prep time: 25 mins Cook time: 55 mins Total time: 1 hour 2 mins Yield: 14 half pints or 7 pints
