to any festive celebration.

Ingredients

4 Cups of Fresh Stawberries
1 1/2 Cups od water
3/4 Cup of sugar
2 tbs cornstarch
1 3oz. box strawberry Jell-O
1 pie crust in a tart pan baked and cooled
1 container of strawberry cream cheese

Directions

combine water, sugar, and cornstarch in a sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil until clea. Remove from heat and add Jell-O fold in strawberry cream cheese.
Arrange strawberries in Bakes pie shell and pour warm Jell-O over Strawberries. Chill for 2 hrs..
Serve with Strawberry Whip-cream Top with a spring of mint leaf.
