The 4th of July is right around the corner, do you have any plans? Do you get together with friends for a party? Do you hang out by the water to go boating or swimming? Or do you take advantage of the days off to go on vacation with your family? In the past we have done it all. At this point in my life though, I am just happy if I get to see Fireworks. A bonfire with s’mores is all just icing on the cake!
A good cocktail is kind of a must when hanging out on the 4th of July as well. And when you don’t have to worry about all the calories, it is even better. New Bacardi Strawberry Daiquiri Light is a great new drink that has only 95 calories per serving. You can easily just pour over ice, or even blend with ice and it would be fruity and refreshing. But I decided to take it to another level.
A party needs a punch, right? You can make this for just a couple drinks, or a whole party. This punch is Bacardi Strawberry Daiquiri Light mixed with lime, sweet champagne, and a little bit of Sprite. It is a little sweet, a little tart, fizzy and just a fun drink. And you don’t have to feel guilty about having a drink with that cheeseburger and all those chips:) Floating a few slices of limes in a punch bowl would make this strawberry daiquiri punch a gorgeous centerpiece for any drink table.
Strawberry Daiquiri Punch
Serves: 6`
- Prep time: 5 mins
- Total time: 5 mins
- 2 cups Bacardi Strawberry Daiquiri Light
- 2 cups Prosecco or Spumante Sparkling Wine
- 1 cups diet sprite (or other lemon-lime soda)
- 1 lime, juiced
In a large pitcher mix everything together.
Serve over ice.
Garnish with lime slices if desired.
