%20would%20LOVE%20this.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHave%20you%20been%20to%20one%20of%20the%20Great%20Wolf%20Lodge%20resorts?%20%20My%20parents%20and%20sisters%20have%20gone%20to%20the%20one%20in%20Traverse%20City,%20MI,%20without%20me.%20%20Booooo!%20%20That%E2%80%99s%20what%20I%20get%20for%20moving%20away%20from%20home%20for%20college%20in%20Nashville.%20%20I%20haven%E2%80%99t%20lived%20next%20to%20my%20family,%20in%20Michigan,%20for%20over%2013%20years!%20So%20weird.%20%20Lately,%20it%E2%80%99s%20made%20me%20a%20bit%20sad%20to%20think%20about%20it.%20%20I%20am%20confident%20that%20God%20has%20moved%20us%20to%20where%20we%20need%20to%20be%20for%20a%20reason%E2%80%A6%20HIS%20purpose,%20HIS%20plan.%20%20But,%20sheesh,%20it%E2%80%99s%20hard%20to%20accept%20that%20sometimes%20when%20you%E2%80%99re%20missing%20family!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAll%20of%20that%20aside,%20I%20am%20very%20grateful%20that%20we%20have%20the%20means%20to%20travel%20to%20see%20our%20families.%20%20Right%20now,%20I%E2%80%99m%20trying%20to%20figure%20out%20a%20way%20to%20visit%20Michigan%20this%20summer%20so%20I%20can%20meet%20my%20new%20baby%20niece.%20%20Plus,%20summer%20agriculture%20in%20Michigan%20is%20wonderful!!%20%20I%20would%20love%20to%20take%20my%20boys%20strawberry%20picking!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESpeaking%20of%20strawberries%20(see%20what%20I%20did%20there?)%E2%80%A6%20you%20must%20try%20my%20Strawberry%20Cream%20Fruit%20Dip!%20%20We%E2%80%99re%20finally%20getting%20out%20of%20that%20cold%20wintery%20season%20of%20wanting%20hot,%20cheesy%20dips.%20%20Let%E2%80%99s%20start%20soaking%20up%20some%20sunshine%20and%20fresh%20produce%20with%20a%20nice%20cold,%20refreshing%20fruit%20dip,%20shall%20we?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStrawberry%20Cream%20Fruit%20Dip%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFresh%20strawberry%20puree%20is%20mixed%20into%20cream%20cheese%20and%20powdered%20sugar%20for%20this%20dreamy%20creamy%20fruit%20dip.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlace%20the%20strawberries%20in%20a%20blender%20and%20process%20until%20blended%20into%20a%20puree.%20Strain%20and%20push%20through%20a%20mesh%20strainer%20and%20into%20a%20small%20bowl%20to%20remove%20the%20seeds.%20Set%20aside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20mixing%20bowl,%20beat%20the%20cream%20cheese%20and%201%20cup%20of%20the%20powdered%20sugar.%20With%20the%20mixer%20on%20low%20speed,%20slowly%20pour%20in%20the%20strawberry%20puree.%20Once%20all%20of%20the%20puree%20is%20added,%20add%20the%20remaining%20powdered%20sugar%20and%20mix%20until%20combined.%20Increase%20the%20mixer%20speed%20to%20medium-high%20and%20beat%20until%20smooth,%20about%202%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETransfer%20to%20a%20serving%20bowl%20and%20serve%20immediately%20with%20fresh%20fruit,%20graham%20crackers%20or%20cookies.%20Store%20leftovers%20covered%20in%20the%20fridge.2.2%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ehttp://www.seededatthetable.com/2014/04/16/strawberry-cream-fruit-dip/%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECopyright%20Seeded%20at%20the%20Table%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
