Strawberry~Banana Dessert Cups Recipe

So flavorful, light and refreshing and a snap to make!

  • 1 cup hulled strawberries
  • 1 banana sliced/cut in half-divided use
  • 8 ounces cool whipped topping
  • 1/2 whole fresh lemon
  • 4 pre-made graham cracker mini pie dessert cups

Directions

  1. In a blender (or food processor) add 1/2 banana, strawberries pulse several times, add cool whipped topping and run one minute to combine ingredients.
  2. Fill pre made graham cracker dessert cups with the mixture
  3. In a small bowl slice 4 pieces of remaining banana squeeze lemon juice over the slices and decorate the top of each dessert cup
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve (I usually serve right away)
  5. Easy and refreshing-Enjoy!
