  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 can (14 to 15 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can (about 15 ounces) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained (see note)
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions, divided
  • 1 small avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
