Ingredients: 1/2 c. Vegetable oil; 1/4 c. Vinegar; 1 Tbsp. Sugar; 1 1/2 tsp Salt; 1/4 tsp Celery seed; 1/4 tsp Dry mustard; 1/8 tsp Onion, grated; 1 sm Garlic clove, peeled

Ingredients

1/4 c. Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1Â 1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Celery seed
1/4 tsp Dry mustard
1/8 tsp Onion, grated
1 sm Garlic clove, peeled

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients together except the garlic. Add in the garlic and let stand in the dressing for about 1 hour. Remove the garlic.
Makes about 3/4 c. of dressing.
