A very easy and healthy vegetarian dish.

Directions

  1. Melt the butter large wok, or a non-stick pan.
  2. Add the veggies all at the same time just right before the butter totally melts.
  3. Stir fry the veggies every now and then to avoid burning the butter.
  4. Cook up to your liking. Some like it crispy; cook it a bit longer if you want the veggies softer.
  5. Season before turning the heat off.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped spring onions before serving (optional)
