Ingredients
- 450 gm pork frank ()
- 1 Tbsp. tamarind paste
- 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
- Â Â Marinate
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. black bean paste
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp Shao Shin wine
- Â Â pepper to taste
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. cornflour
Directions
- Cut pork into cubes and add marinate mix. Set aside to marinate for 30 min. Heat wok up and add 2 Tbsp of peanut oil. Stir-fry marinated pork for 3 min. Pour stir-fried pork into a claypot and add tamarind paste and a c. of water. Cover claypot and simmer for 1 to 2 hrs or possibly till meat is tender and the soup is thicken. Serve warm with rice.
