  • 4 Tbsp. Sherry

Directions

  1. 1. Place fresh ham in a heatproof dish and steam on a rack 1 hour. (See HOW-TO SECTION).
  2. 2. Add in sugar and sherry. Steam 1 hour more.
  3. 3. Let ham cold slightly, then slice and serve.
