  1. Slice steak into strips approximately 3 inches long. Marinate steak in the soy sauce, vinegar and sugar for approximately 20 min. Meanwhile, slice Italian bread in half. Spread with the butter on both halves. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, pepper, salt and garlic pwdr on bread. Place bread in oven at 350 degrees till lightly brown.Meanwhile, broil or possibly fry steak till medium rare. Place steak on prepared garlic bread. Top with grated Mozzarella cheese. Cook till cheese melts and enjoy.
