Ingredients: 6 ounce pineapple juice; 1/4 c. packed brown sugar; 1/3 c. cider vinegar; 1/8 c. soy sauce; 2/3 c. catsup or possibly barbecue sauce; 1 tsp grnd ginger; 1 1/2 tsp honey or possibly liquid smoke

1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/8 c. soy sauce
2/3 c. catsup or possibly barbecue sauce
1 tsp grnd ginger
1Â 1/2 tsp honey or possibly liquid smoke

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Add in with meat to a large shallow dish or possibly into a ziplock bag. Chill overnight. Remove meat and cook. If you wish to use marinade as a baste, boil it for 10 min in saucepan or possibly microwave first.
