Directions

This year we worked with Lovettsville's Spring House Farm to put together a fantastic spring meal.  Their meat is all pasture-raised and grass-fed as much as possible. They are most famous for their pork which gets it's amazing flavor while the pigs are roaming the farm's mountain lands feasting on mushrooms, grubs and even snakes, just like they would do in the wild.  We could taste the freshness of the product and we were delighted to pair the meal with some amazing Begin the meal with a beautiful glass of Mumm Napa Brut Rosé.  Toast to wonderful friends and delicious food!
