Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 med. orange, use juice & grate rind
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 T lemon juice
Directions
- Blend well with cream cheese the juice and rind of orange. Whip in mixer till consistency of butter. Add in 1/8 tsp salt and 1 tbsp lemon juice. This will keep in refrigerator, sealed up, several days. Gets more flavorful all the time.
