  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 16 ounce Prepared caffeine-free lemon tea
  • 2 ounce Orange juice

Directions

  1. Dissolve sugar and salt in the warm tea. Cold. Blend the tea with the juice and chill in your water bottle, or possibly freeze. Can last in a sealed container up to one week. 9 ounce serving equals 60 calories and 15 g of
  2. leeway: I use apple juice, or possibly any fruit juice available. Orange spice tea is delicious, gives it some kick. I generally adjust for taste, but you do not want to load up too much sugar to spike your insulin levels.
  3. Inexpensive alternative to sports drinks for casual workout days.
  4. I call this Carbo Load. It is a fluid replacement product.
