Ingredients

  • 5 lrg Flour tortillas
  • 1 x 10 ounce Pkg froz chpd spinach,
  •     Thawed and well liquid removed
  • 1 x 3 ounce Jar real bacon bits
  • 6 x Green onions, minced
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 x 8 ounce Pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg

Directions

  1. Have tortillas at room temperature. Combine remaining ingredients till well distributed throughout mix. Spread fairly thinly and proportionately on tortillas. Roll each tortilla up jelly roll fashion and wrap individually in plastic film. Chill overnight. Unwrap and slice into 3/4 inch rounds just before serving.
