Spinach & Sun Dried Tomatoes Burgers

These are a big hit in the summertime when everyone is tired of the same old burgers and hot dogs. Its nutritious and super quick and crowd pleasing and unusual.
Serve with or without buns and your favorite condiments. I like to serve these with Avocados, Tomato, and sometime Tzatziki sauce.

Directions

  1. How to make:

  3. While the grill is preheating, mix together all the burger ingredients. And form into 6 patties.
  4. Cook on preheated grill until no longer pink in the center, 15 to 20 minutes. (depends on grill)
  5. Take a bun and heat it on grill as well.
