Directions

  1. Thaw and drain spinach. Saute/fry onions in butter till transparent. Add in flour and mix well. Slowly add in chicken stock to flour mix. Add in liquid removed spinach and seasonings. Simmer 1/2 hour. Slowly blend in lowfat sour cream a little at time. Cook 5 min. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  2. Great for freezing.
