Directions

  1. Cook and stir onion and garlic in warm butter til tender but not brown. Add in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add in pasta, nutmeg, and pepper; simmer about 5 minutes. Add in minced spinach and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt if you like. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
  2. Makes 6 1/2 c. or possibly 8servings.
