Ingredients
- bag of baby spinach leaves, stems taken off and torn into small bite size pieces.
- 2 15oz cans mandarine oranges
- 1/3 c cranraisins or cranberries
- 1/4 c potato toppers (salad toppers)
- 1/3 to 1/2 c raspberry vinegarette dressing
Directions
- wash, dry spinach leaves. tear off stems and tear into small pieces. add everything except the dressing save that for last. pour little bit dressing on salad at a time do not make it wet as spinach gets watery quickly. you can add more to your own.
