Spinach & Artichoke Dip

This one is a favorite of mine, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Ingredients

  • 2 packs of frozen spinach (maybe 3 if you want)
  • 1 white onion (chopped)
  • 1 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 pack 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 can of artichoke hearts (smashed)
  • 1 8oz phiadelphia cream cheese
  • crushed red peppers or hot sauce to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • butter to saute onions

Directions

  1. saute chopped onions in butter
  2. put frozen spinach in microwave (4 minutes)
  3. drain juice and add to onions and butter mix well
  4. put in philadelphia cream cheese mixed well
  5. put in sour cream and smashed artichoke hearts mix well
  6. mix in parmesan cheese
  7. add pepper (or hot sauce) and salt and pepper to taste
  8. remove from burner add grated jack cheese
  9. microwave (use glass pan)
