Ingredients

  • 1 Lasagne noodle
  • 1/4 cup cooked and Diced chicken
  • 1/4 cup frozen spinach drained
  • 1/4 cup Spinach artichoke dip
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • Sprinkle of Parm
  • Basil, parsley,oregano, crushed red pepper salt and pepper
  • Favorite tomato sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. begin boiling water
  3. Mix together chicken, feta, spinach artichoke dip, cream cheese, season to taste
  4. in a small baking dish cover the bottom with tomato sauce
  5. once the noodle is done let it dry and lightly buter both sides
  6. add the chicken and cheese mixture down the middle of the noodle and then roll it up (you might have extra mixture just save it)
  7. Plave the seem side down in the sauce
  8. pour a little more sauce on top and a sprinle of parm
  9. bake for 12 - 15 min
  10. Serve on a plate with sauce on the bottom and enjoy :)
