Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frzn minced spinach
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. softened butter
Directions
- Cook spinach and drain thoroughly. Mix with all remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Roll balls about the size of walnuts. May be frzn till ready to use or possibly baked at once. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Approximately 48 pcs.
