I rarely go out for dinner, and when I do, I would rather go when the restaurants aren’t going to be crowded and over priced.  I think Valentine’s Day is the perfect time to stay in the comfort of my own home and prepare a fancy-ish  dinner for two like this Spicy Salsa This  dish was inspired by a recipe in Cooking Light Magazine a few years ago.  I put my own spin on it, and it has become one of my husband’s favorite chicken dinners.  The chicken and salsa are a little bit spicy which we like, and the chorizo adds a nice smoky touch…
