Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Fresh jalapenos
- 1/2 lb Fresh haricots verts
- 1/2 lb Red pear tomatoes
- 1/2 lb Fresh okra
- 2 tsp Zatarian's Concentrated Liquid Shrimp and
- Â Â Crab Boil
- 2 Tbsp. Black peppercorns
- 6 x Bay leaves
- 2 Tbsp. Salt
- 12 x Garlic cloves peeled
- 1Â 1/4 quart Distilled white vinegar
Directions
- Place the vegetables in a 2-qt glass mason jar. Add in the crab boil, peppercorns, bay leaves, salt, and garlic. Pour in the vinegar. Tighten the lid. Shake the jar several times. Place the jar in a cold place and marinate for 1 week before using.
