- 16 x Jumbo Shrimp, (Peeled, Deveined, and Butterflied)
- 1 x Dry Habanero, Reconstituted
- 1/4 x Onion, Coarsely Minced
- 2 x Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 tsp Curry Pwdr
- 2 ounce Sesame Oil
Directions
- Chile Today - Warm Tamale
- Puree paste ingredients, then add in oil slowly till smooth. Skewer shrimp 4 to a skewer; brush with paste. Let sit in room temperature for thirty min.
- *Pre-heat grill and cook shrimp skewers over medium heat for two min on each side.
