  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. warm pepper sauce
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 7 x green onions
  • 2 x skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  •     Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Whisk oil, warm sauce, honey and paprika in 9-inch glass pie dish to blend. Mince 1 green onion; mix into marinade. Transfer 2 Tbsp. marinade to small bowl and reserve. Add in chicken to marinade in pie dish and turn to coat. Let stand 10 min, turning occasionally.
  2. Sprinkle chicken and remaining whole green onions with salt. Grill chicken and whole onions till chicken is cooked through and onions soften, turning occasionally, about 10 min. Transfer chicken and onions to plates. Drizzle with reserved 2 Tbsp. marinade.
