Spicy Garlic-Lime Shrimp with Grits Recipe
by Pam's Midwest Kitchen Korner

Remember what Bubba Gump said? "Shrimp is the fruit of the sea.  You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it,  bake it, sauté it.  There's uh, shrimp-kabobs,  shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo.  Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried." And then there's this dish that has all the right ingredients: ~ Spicy Garlic-Lime Shrimp! This shrimp dish is great for a quick easy meal ~ it's unique and quite tasty! It has a tangy kick to it, thanks to garlic and red pepper flakes. Lime juice and sugar rounds it out for added flavor.  It's some of the most delicious shrimp you will ever make.  Now I'm wondering why I don't make a shrimp dinner more often since it makes a truly great meal...
