Directions

  1. Combine soy sauce, basil, oregano, black pepper, mix them altogether.
  2. Wash the chicken and place them on a cooking pan.
  3. Pour marinade onto chicken and top with potatoes and carrots.
  4. Pour in the remaining marinade (if any)
  5. Set the heat on medium and slow cook the chicken and potatoes and carrots for 30 minutes.
  6. Add the green beans on top and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate.
