Very yummy with a little kick! Tasted even better the next day (and the day after that too) re-grilled and served with the Raita, some fresh tomatoes, romaine lettuce, and avocado, a sprinkle of salt and fresh ground pepper, wrapped up in a lightly grilled Lavash (flat) bread. YUM!
    I've cooked/tasted this recipe!
