- 2 cups almond milk (fresh or store-bought)
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 tablespoon carob powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg (freshly grated is the best, but you can use the already ground powder too)
- ¼ teaspoon stevia
- pinch of sea salt
