Ingredients
- 1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 4 croissants (I used 4 oblong challah rolls; use what you like or have!)
- 5 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier (I used Cointreau; use what you have!)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (can omit if you are using salted butter)
