  • 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn raspberries in light syrup, thawed
  • 2 c. (4 ounce bottles) sparkling apple cider, chilled
  • 2 T fresh lime juice
  • Lime slice (opt.)

Directions

  1. Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add in raspberries, and process 1 minute till smooth. Strain; throw away seeds. Put together raspberry puree, sparkling apple cider and lime juice in a large pitcher, stir well. Garnish with lime slices if you like.
