Ingredients
- 1 can shoe peg corn
- 1 bell pepper, (minced)
- 2 teaspoon chili pepper
- 1 pkg. noodles (cooked a little)
- 1 or possibly 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- Salt to taste
- 1 can tomato sauce
Directions
- Cook noodles in hot salted water, just sufficient to soften them. Make the sauce. Put layer of noodles, layer of sauce and corn till baking dish is full. Sprinkle sharp cheese on top and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or possibly till done.
