Ingredients

  • 1 jar of tuna in olive oil “Cantabria en tu boca” – 1 jar of green olive pate “Cantabria en tu boca” – 100gr of creamy cheese – “Cantabria en tu boca“- 18 slices of bread – egg, oregano and salt

Directions

  1. Prepare the bread removing the edges and stretching the slices with a rolling pin.
  2. On the other hand, make the filling, in a bowl add the tuna, creamy cheese, or smoked cheese too, green olive pate, oregano and salt. All this you have to chop well until a uniform mass.
  3. We put on a slice of bread a little dough and cover with another slice. Are tightened on the sides with a fork to seal. When they are all finished they put a little beaten egg over to brown more.
  4. They go into the oven at a medium temperature until golden brown and serve.
