Fast and easy dish. Great with salad and garlic bread.
Ingredients
- 12oz Spaghetti
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (opt)
- 2 cups dried breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tsp finey grated lemon peel
Directions
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water, uncovered till al dente
- Heat half of the oil in a skillet with the butter. After butter melts, add garlic and breadcrumbs, cook stirring until breadcrumbs are lightly browned.
- Combine drained pasta and breadcrumb mixture in large bowl with parsley, lemon peel and remaining oil.
