Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 bn Salad onions, sliced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
  • 250 gm Cooked chicken, sliced (8oz)
  • 2 tub fresh walnut or possibly mushroom sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. Half fat creme fraiche
  •     Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
  • 1 x 500 gram bag fresh spaghetti
  •     Fresh basil sprigs to garnish

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add in the onions and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Stir in the garlic and chicken, cook for a further minute.
  3. Add in the walnut or possibly mushroom sauce and creme fraiche and cook gently for 10 min, stirring occasionally. Season to taste.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the pasta following pack instructions, drain lightly and toss with the sauce.
  5. Serve immediately garnished with the basil sprigs.
