Ingredients
- 1 lb extra lean hamburger
- 1/2 x onion minced
- 1 x green bell pepper minced
- Â Â garlic pwdr to taste
- 3 can tomato sauce (15 ounce each)
- 1 sm can tomato paste
- 1 can mushrooms liquid removed
- Â Â oregano to taste
- 1 x bay leaf
Directions
- Brown 1 pound hamburger with 1/2 minced onion, 1 minced green pepper, and garlic pwdr to taste. Drain and place in crockpot with the remaining ingredients.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hrs. Remove bay leaf before eating.
