Directions

  1. Brown hamburger and drain thoroughly. Add in spaghetti sauce and simmer till hot. Set aside. Cook spaghetti till tender-chewy (al dente). Drain and stir in butter. In separate bowl beat Large eggs. Add in Parmesan cheese and combine thoroughly with cooked spaghetti.
  2. Place in bottom of 10" glass pie plate, forming crust on bottom and up the sides. Bake 2 min on high in microwave. Spread cottage cheese or possibly Ricotta over the spaghetti. Cover with an even layer of meat sauce.
  3. Bake in 350 degree oven about 30 min. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Mozzarella. Return to oven and bake till cheese is melted and bubbly. This reheats well. NOTE: The pie can be prepared without the Mozzarella and frzn. When ready to use, thaw and bake as above, adding cheese at the end.
